Increasing numbers of dropout has become a serious issue for the world. Though a number of social organizations and well wishers are working for dropout recovery, still much improvement is not achieved. 

Poverty

The only reason associated with a number of problems! Utter poverty compels children to look for stomach feeding options rather than empowering their minds. The hunger pangs compel parents to force their children as child labors. Addiction

The gravest problem with the youths of today! Unlike the above reason, these children move in a wrong track of various addictions, rather than text books and schools.

Recently I came across a survey done by the Everyone Graduates Center which said 12 states increased their graduation rates substantially between 2002 and 2006. The survey also mentioned the reason behind this increase. And they are as follows:

• Making small learning communities in big high schools
• Increasing the number of students with disabilities who received usual diploma
• Making increased graduation rates a state priority
